If you are a part-time associate in Puerto Rico, you will automatically be enrolled in the Employee Assistance Program. You will also be available for paid sick time if you work 115 hours per month.

Leadership Innovations

All of our Field and Distribution Center leaders have tablets loaded with custom-built apps developed by our very own IT experts. This allows our management team to access associate information, location metrics, and all their desktop files right from their hands—anywhere in a store or Distribution Center. Which means they spend less time in the office and more time assisting, supporting and interacting with associates.
